Use of service

Life Admin Assistant provides messaging-based personal and family life admin tools including reminders, calendars, tasks, bills, loans, documents and household sharing. You must use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, linked messaging channels and household access. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

Messaging providers

WhatsApp, Telegram and other messaging providers have their own terms and policies. Linking a channel authorises Life Admin Assistant to send and receive messages on your behalf through that provider.

Reminders are informational

Reminders, briefings and summaries are provided for convenience. You remain responsible for acting on important deadlines, appointments, payments and commitments.

No professional advice

Life Admin Assistant does not provide medical, legal, financial, credit or investment advice. Any budgeting or liability summaries are estimates based on records entered by the user.

Bills and loans are tracking records only

Bills, loans and payment records are organisational tools based on information you provide. They do not constitute financial statements, credit reporting or legal records.

Document extraction requires user review

Document extraction and automated understanding may produce incomplete or incorrect results. You should review extracted details before confirming that records are created or updated.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with platform operations, or use the service for unlawful, abusive or harmful purposes.

Plan limits

Usage limits apply according to your plan, including document extraction, reminders, bills, loans and household members. We may enforce limits to maintain reliability and fair use.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, comply with law or address misuse.
